RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please email us immediately if there is any discrepancy with your online order. THIS RETURN POLICY IS EFFECTIVE AS OF 01/01/2020.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it within 7 days from the date you received it.
You will receive a credit for the cost of the purchased item after it has been inspected for return to our inventory. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Shipping charges paid on your order are not refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charges unless it was our shipping error, or the purchased items were damaged during the initial shipment to you following your online order.
If you receive purchased item(s) that were believed to be damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage and packaging and email them to us.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
You must contact us via email before shipping a return to receive proper instructions and authorization.
DAMAGED RETURNS
We gladly accept any returns that follow the above return guidelines. We suggest insuring all return shipments to avoid any possible damaged-in-transit losses. Please re-use original packing materials if possible. We also recommend shipping using a trackable method as well as insuring it since we will not be responsible for pieces that are returned to us and damaged in transit or are lost in transit.
